Nuisances - Most Prevalent

• Vehicles containing trash or junk
• Residence used as a junkyard or dumping grounds
• Unused appliances in residents yards
• Accumulation of garbage, refuse or waste
• Removal of inoperable, non-register vehicles
• Maintenance of Property - This is a wide scope to be aware of
• Vacant Buildings - your responsibilities
• Sidewalks - your responsibilities
• Trees - Your Responsibilities

• Ord. No. 1046 adopted the Model Traffic Code for the City of Walsenburg.
• Ord. No. 1113 -- Restricting Weight of Vehicles
• Ord. No. 1023 -- Restricting Idling, Tonnage, and Parking
• Ord. No. 1019 -- Establishing Restricted Parking
