Recreation Facilities

Walsenburg owns and maintains Wild Waters (Closed due to Repair), the Walsenburg Public Golf Course (9 hole) and a number of small neighborhood parks including:

• Civic League Park - Located - Pinon St  &  N. Albert Ave
• Pinon Park - Located - Pinon St  &  S. Hendren Ave
• Heritage Park - Located - Main St between 4th St  &  5th St
• City Park - Located - Corner of W. 7th St  &  Ysidrio St
• Miners Plaza - Located - Corner of W. 6th St  &  Main St

You may reserve one of the parks for special events by submitting a City Park Use Permit Application, otherwise Facilities are on a first come first serve basis.
