All Commercial Construction must have a building permit and all work must be performed by a licensed and insured contractor.

All Residential Construction must have a building permit. If the home owner is personally doing their own work the attached property owner/builder liability form must be included with the permit application.

All building foundations larger than 200 square feet are required to be engineered and wet stamped by a colorado registered professional engineer or architect.
